DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All our products are digital in nature (PDF downloads, devotional content, etc.) and are delivered electronically. Because of this, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once the product is delivered or accessed.
NO CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully made.
- As delivery is instant, cancellation is not applicable.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Payment is successfully made, but the product is not delivered
- Duplicate payment has been made for the same product
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.
NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You do not like the content
- You entered incorrect email address
- You are unable to download due to device/internet issues
- You purchased by mistake
